ORDER FORM
There are 3 ways to place an order
1.
If you wish to pay by card you can order on line - fill in the
order form and submit it, then return to the form and press the
'buy now' button. If you do not wish to pay on line, submit the
form then ring us with card details (01142 366199).
2. Alternatively you can print out the form with your card
details and send it by fax or post (our address is on our home
page). Please note that all orders must be placed IN WRITING.
We are happy to discuss orders over the phone but we must have
written confirmation before we proceed.
3.
If you wish you can print out the form and send it by post with
a cheque.
Goods can only be dispatched once payment is received.
UK
packaging and postage is £2.50 (except for towels which have the
postage included in the price). Please contact us for postage
rates to other destinations. If you are ordering more than one
item to go to the same address only one amount of postage will
be charged.
Orders are normally dispatched within 14 days, but at busy
periods this may be a little longer, so please allow up to 28
days for delivery. If timing is crucial, please ring and we can
give you an estimate of how long it will take.
For your convenience, the
form may also be faxed. All orders are confirmed before you are
charged and prior to shipping.
